RUZIBA Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

These Terms govern this umbrella corporate website. They do not currently cover any individual RUZIBA product — no RUZIBA app has shipped yet.

When a specific RUZIBA product (such as a mobile app) launches, it may come with its own additional terms or end-user license agreement suited to that product (for example, an app-store EULA). Where that happens, the product's own terms supplement these Terms for that product; they do not replace these Terms for the rest of this website.
