Our Approach to Security
RUZIBA Group LLC takes the security of this website and the information submitted to it seriously. We build with real, verifiable technical controls rather than making broad claims we can't back up.
This website enforces HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, applies a restrictive Content Security Policy and standard secure HTTP response headers (including protections against MIME-type sniffing and clickjacking), and validates and sanitizes all form input on both the client and the server. Our contact form is protected by automated abuse-prevention measures, including rate limiting and spam filtering.
We welcome good-faith security research that helps us find and fix real issues, and we ask that any testing avoid degrading the site for other visitors, accessing data beyond what's needed to demonstrate an issue, or attempting social engineering against our team.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in this website, we want to know about it. Please report it to us privately, at security@ruziba.app, rather than disclosing it publicly, so we have a fair chance to address it first.
When you report an issue, it helps us if you include: a clear description of the vulnerability, the steps needed to reproduce it, and any relevant request/response details or screenshots. Please avoid including any real personal data beyond what's strictly needed to demonstrate the issue.
We will make a good-faith effort to acknowledge your report and respond promptly. We do not currently operate a formal bug bounty program with pre-set monetary rewards; we will, however, credit a researcher's responsible disclosure if they'd like that, and we're genuinely grateful for reports that help us keep this site secure.

In the interest of being straightforward: RUZIBA Group LLC does not currently hold formal third-party security certifications or attestations, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and does not claim any compliance certification (such as PCI DSS or HIPAA) that would not genuinely apply to a site with no payment processing or health-data handling.
If that changes — for example, if we obtain a real certification in the future — we will update this page to reflect it accurately, and only after it is genuinely true.
